Family Health Centre is a small general practice operating from a renovated house on the outskirts of the central business district of New Plymouth. Although Family Health Centre is a small General Practice (GP) relative to other New Plymouth based GP practices, its size enables a strong focus on the community / family nature of the business.
Family Health Centre is a member of the Midlands Health Networks Primary Health Organisation (PHO) and receives PHO interim funding for first level health services.
Pricing Schedule
Below are the standard consultation fees for enrolled patients of different age groups:
0 - 13 years - $0.00
14 - 17 years - $28.00
18 - 24 years - $40.00
25 - 44 years - $48.00
45 - 64 years - $48.00
65 years and older - $45.00
Community service card holders - 15yrs to 18yrs $13.00
18yrs plus : $19.00
Family Health May Charge Extra For:
Accounts not paid on the day of consultation.
Longer consultations or additional services provided.
Casual patients who are not enrolled with us.
Family Health are not currently accepting new patients.
